By using or accessing the XParking APP in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent that we will collect, use, and share your information in the following ways.

Remember that your use of NHR's XParking APP is at all times subject to the Terms of Use, which incorporates this Privacy Policy. Any terms we use in this Policy without defining them have the definitions given to them in the Terms of Use.

1. What does this privacy policy cover?

We gather various types of Personal Information from our users, as explained in more detail below, and we use this Personal Information in connection with our XParking APP, including:

To provide basic functionality of our services.
To personalize and improve our services.
To allow you to set up a user account and profile.
To allow you to post ratings and reviews of various products and services.

To fulfill your requests for certain products and services.
To analyze how you use the XParking APP.

2. Will NHR ever change this Privacy Policy?

We're constantly trying to improve our XParking APP, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time as well, but we will alert you to changes by placing a notice on the XParking APP and/or by sending you an email.

Please note that if you've opted not to receive legal notice emails from us (or you haven't provided us with your email address), those information will still govern your use of the XParking APP, and you are responsible for reading and understanding them. You are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when you use the XParking APP after such changes have been posted. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used.

3. What information does NHR collect?

Information You Provide To Us

We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us. For example, through the registration process and/or through your account settings, we may collect Personal Information such as:

Name, email address, phone number.
Shipping and billing address.
Credit card details.
Location details (including geo-fence, group, and device names).
Device or group images.
NHRApp configuration details.
Third-party account credentials.

Information Collected Automatically

Whenever you interact with our XParking APP, we automatically receive and record information on our servers, logs, and databases from your browser, application, services or device(s).

Connected Devices: Devices (e.g., NHR Hub, sensors) automatically report information such as temperature, status, and identifying information (device name, location).
Video/Audio Data: If you connect recording devices and enable streaming, audio/video data may be captured and processed to provide features like motion detection.
Usage Details: IP address, location details, "cookie" information, mobile device type, operating system, browser type, and interaction indicators (time on page, click-through paths).

Cookies

"Cookies" are identifiers we transfer to your device that allow us to recognize your browser and tell us how and when various pages and features in our XParking APP are visited or used. You may be able to limit cookies through your device settings, but this may prevent you from taking advantage of some features.

4. Will NHR share any of the personal information it receives?

We share your Personal Information with third parties as described in this section:

Aggregated Data: We may anonymize your Personal Information so that you cannot be individually identified for marketing or promotional use.
Advertisers: We may provide non-personally identifiable form information to Advertisers to select the appropriate audience for ads.
Partners & Affiliated Businesses: In situations where partners provide services through the XParking APP, we will share Personal Information related to such transaction only if you have explicitly accepted incremental terms.
Agents: We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you.
User Profiles: Certain information (name, location) may be displayed to other users to facilitate interaction.
Business Transfers: In the event of an acquisition or bankruptcy, Personal Information would be one of the assets transferred.
Protection of NHR and Others: We reserve the right to disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.

5. Is personal information about me secure?

Your account is protected by a password or a PIN number. You must prevent unauthorized access by protecting your credentials and limiting access to your devices.

We endeavor to protect the privacy of your account, but we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry, hardware/software failure, and other factors may compromise security.

Through your account settings, you may be able to access and edit:

Name and password/PIN number.
Shipping and billing address.
Credit card information and email address.
Location, group, and device information.
User profile and NHRApp information.

8. What choices do I have?

You can always opt not to disclose information.
You can update or delete information, though we may maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records.
You may request deletion of your account by emailing us.

9. Special Provisions

Samsung Account Users: If you accessed the XParking APP via your Samsung account, your use is further subject to this Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, this Privacy Policy shall govern solely with respect to XParking APP usage.
